We not only bring vision, but also concrete practical experience: through our network of experienced educational stakeholders, non-profit organisations and innovative technology providers, we can transfer proven approaches from vocational training and corporate contexts to school learning environments. <br\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\"><strong>We are aware that school is not a company.<\/strong> That is why we are not interested in efficiency figures or standardised learning routines, but in developing practical, pedagogically sound solutions together with schools. We see ourselves as a partner who works with schools to rethink existing applications, adapt them and tailor them to the specific day-to-day school routine. Together we will clarify whether and how participation makes sense and is feasible for your school. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>how much time does participation take?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Before the actual pilot phase, we conduct a 60-minute interview with each interested school. This is preceded by a short preliminary discussion (15-30 minutes) in which we clarify together what the general conditions and interests are. <\/p>\n\n<p>For the pilot phase, we are planning around 12-24 lessons over around 3 months &#8211; depending on the project framework. The additional work for teachers is limited to preparation and follow-up. At the start, we offer a full-day kick-off workshop in which we prepare the technology, content and implementation together.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, we expect about 9 days of selective deployment for accompanying measures such as technical set-up, coordination, feedback rounds and a final day for evaluation and further development.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. who accompanies us &#8211; and for how long?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Each school is supervised by a multi-professional team, which is responsible for technical support, pedagogical supervision, evaluation and impact measurement.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. can the training courses be certified?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Yes &#8211; we issue certificates of attendance and certificates for completed workshops. These are private and not state-recognized qualifications, but can serve as proof of further training. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5 What technical requirements does our school need?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Stable WLAN in the classroom, no blocking firewalls or filters.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. what does participation cost?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Participation is free of charge for schools.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7 What happens after the pilot phase?<\/h3>\n\n<p>The aim is for the school to be able to work independently with the technology afterwards. Experiences can be shared and formats further developed via exchange formats, teacher associations or training platforms.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9 How is success measured?<\/h3>\n\n<p>To measure success, we are guided by our key objectives: We want to find out whether and how the use of digital technologies has a positive impact on the quality of teaching, which learning processes are triggered and how teachers and learners experience the use of technology. To do this, we combine qualitative methods such as interviews with quantitative surveys. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10 What are our guidelines according to the Education Metaverse Manifesto 2025?<\/h3>\n\n<p>Our project is based on the guidelines of the <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/foundationmetaverse.eu\/en\/education-metaverse-manifesto-2025\">Education Metaverse Manifesto 2025<\/a>, which advocates an equitable, inclusive and innovative educational landscape in the digital space. Participation in the pilot phase supports the implementation of the manifesto goals by enabling schools to responsibly and creatively integrate new technologies into the classroom. Topics such as data protection, ethical use of technology and sustainable digital education are key components of this.
