The guests will be Mario Brandenburg, Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, and Maren Courage, Managing Director of the Metaverse Europe Foundation.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mario served as a member of the Bundestag, technology policy spokesman for the Free Democrats and chairman of the Committee on Education, Research and Technology Assessment before being appointed Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Education and Research last summer. <\/p>\n\n<p>Maren is the founder of the VR Business Club as well as the Executive Director of the Metaverse Europe Foundation, a non-profit think tank that brings together European experts, leaders and opinion leaders to promote social cohesion with a view to the Metaverse.<\/p>\n\n<p>Uli, Markus, Maren and Mario discuss the importance of the metaverse from a societal perspective, not just a technological one. Mario and Maren are committed to working out both the expected benefits and possible risks in order to address any potential challenges at an early stage.
