Maren Courage AI Talk – Are you ready for a future with artificial humans and intelligent avatars?

Maren Courage, Director of the Metaverse Europe Foundation, talks to David Bennett, CEO of Mimic Productions, about the development of human-like avatars and their AI skills. David has over 30 years of experience in visual effects, performance capture, 3D, gaming and virtual reality. He has worked on films such as Avatar, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Adventures of Tintin, Beowulf, Monster House and The Polar Express and has worked with stars such as Lady Gaga, Beyoncé and Kanye West. He also holds two provisional patents in robotics and AI. David Bennett is actively involved in the global AI dialogue and regularly speaks at international conferences such as the UN AI for Developing Countries Forum, SXSW, Siggraph Asia, AWE and the EU AI Policy Roundtables.

A special highlight: an AI avatar will be there live! You can talk to it and experience it on stage in real time. How does it feel to interact with an artificial intelligence at eye level?
