Brief profile Michael Alf

In his long career, Michael Alf has held management positions at companies such as Capgemini, Asciano (Australia) and Matrix42 (Germany/Australia). Since 2015, he has been intensively involved in digital transformation and digital marketing and has pioneered interactive virtual summits with thousands of participants.

With his company New World Events, he realises virtual and hybrid premium events and contributes his extensive experience in the event industry. Based on this expertise, he published the book ‘Virtual Summit Formula’.Mit seinem Unternehmen New World Events realisiert er virtuelle und hybride Premium-Events und bringt dabei seine umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Eventbranche ein. Auf Basis dieser Expertise veröffentlichte er das Buch „Virtual Summit Formula“.​

He is also interested in new technologies in the areas of events, virtual reality (VR) and metaverse. He continuously monitors developments in these areas and is co-author of the book ‘B2B Metaverse Marketing’.

He is involved in the Metaverse Europe Foundation, where he designs and conducts masterclasses on artificial intelligence (AI) and the metaverse for the further training of teachers.
